In our industry, and more specifically in purchasing/production, sourcing focuses on finding, locating, and evaluating suppliers through careful, targeted research according to your needs. The goal is to find products with the best quality/price ratio, in quantities suited to your business, and within the best timeframes.

    Order Tracking & Receiving

    Learn more

Once your order(s) is/are placed and confirmed, we oversee the smooth progress of operations throughout the process and keep you regularly updated on the status at each step.

We plan and prepare, based on the given shipping deadlines, to receive the goods in order to carry out a quality check on your order(s).

Once the check is completed and approved, we will store your goods in our storage area, keeping them safe and protected from the elements until shipment.

  5. 05

    Product Inspection

    Learn more

Once your order(s) are delivered to our facilities, we will carry out an inspection of the goods (quantity + quality + compliance) based on specific criteria derived from European standards.

Various sensitive issues can arise during the goods inspection, and some of these factors may cause problems at customs, where checks are becoming stricter and more frequent.

However, good preparation in advance, relying on our experience, will help you avoid unwelcome surprises when your goods arrive in your country. Below are several points we systematically check during our inspection procedures:

    • Labeling in compliance with current laws (2013 legislation).
    • Prohibited composite materials or those subject to special taxation (allergenic components that can be found in some “Made in China” products, for example…).
    • Compliance with the sizes, designs, and colors ordered.
    • Packaging and labeling of goods if applicable.
    • Manufacturing defects or flaws that lower the product's value.
    • Compliance with delivered quantities.
    • Compliance with the placement and presence of the various intended labels.
    • Compliance with the specifications for special orders.

When the delivered products do not fully meet the order, we always work to replace defective or non-compliant goods. If the supplier is unable to replace the ordered product(s), they will be immediately deducted from the final invoice.

    Shipping

    Learn more

To send your goods to their destination under the best conditions, we appoint and oversee the interaction with various external companies (carriers, shipping and airline companies, all the way to the destination port or airport, where your chosen freight forwarder will take over and handle the import of the goods into the destination country).

We handle all the necessary documents, forms, and paperwork required for shipping goods (packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, fumigation, etc.) for you.

From a practical standpoint, we organize the transport itself: routes, destinations, timelines, and modes of transport (ship, plane, door-to-door, truck, mixed...).

The most suitable mode of transport will be determined based on the final weight and volume of your shipment.

Again, we will advise you and provide all the necessary quotes to select the most suitable mode of transport.

Contact us now to tell us about your project, we will carefully study it and put our expertise at your service to advise you on its execution and in your best interests.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer here? Call us or message us on Line or WhatsApp. We reply in French, English and Thai.

How long does my shipment take to reach its destination?

It depends on the mode of transport and the destination. Air freight usually takes a few days. Sea freight takes several weeks: to Europe, allow roughly 4 to 6 weeks from port to port. We give you an estimate for your destination with every quote.

What is the minimum weight for air freight?

Air freight has no strict minimum weight, but airlines apply a minimum charge, so it usually becomes worthwhile from around 45 kg. For smaller shipments, an express courier is often cheaper. We compare the options for you.

What do FCL and LCL mean?

FCL (Full Container Load) means you rent a whole container for your goods alone. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share a container with other shipments, and you pay only for the space you use. LCL suits smaller volumes. FCL becomes cheaper once you fill most of a container.

What is a High Cube?

A High Cube is a container about 30 cm (one foot) taller than a standard one: 2.9 m high instead of 2.6 m. A 40-foot High Cube holds about 76 m³, compared with about 67 m³ for a standard 40-foot container. It's ideal for light, bulky goods.

What is the weight/volume ratio?

Carriers charge either by actual weight or by volume, whichever is greater. For air freight, 1 m³ is counted as 167 kg. For sea freight (LCL), 1 m³ is counted as 1 tonne. This is why light but bulky goods can cost more than their weight suggests.

What are customs fees?

Customs fees are the charges paid when goods enter the destination country: import duties, import VAT or other local taxes, and customs clearance fees. The amount depends on the type of product (its customs code), its value, its origin and the destination country.

Who pays the customs fees?

In most cases, the importer pays customs fees in the destination country. Your freight forwarder handles the import and invoices you for duties and taxes. The exact split depends on the Incoterm agreed for the shipment.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

It depends on the product. Catalogue products and items bought from local merchants often have low minimums. For custom production, each factory sets its own minimum order quantity (MOQ). We tell you the minimum for each product before you order.

How long does an order take?

It depends on the type of order. Purchases from catalogues or local merchants are faster. Custom production takes longer, because it includes making and approving a sample before production starts. We give you a timeline with your quote.

Which payment methods do you accept?

To confirm an order, we ask for a deposit (from 30%, conditions may vary). Contact us and we'll tell you the payment methods we accept.

How is your commission calculated?

Our commission depends on your project. Contact us and we'll explain how it is calculated for your order before you commit.

Can you customise ready-made products?

Yes. Customisation and labelling are part of our services. We can add your own labels, tags or packaging to ready-made products, depending on the product and the quantities.

To make sure operations run smoothly and delivery deadlines are met, we supervise every step up to final delivery at our premises. • Cartons of 50 × 50 × 40 cm (0.10 m³)
    • 44 cartons per layer (4 × 11)
    • 5 layers: 220 cartons per 20 ft container
